Obama Dallas has begun a major voter registration drive with the objective of registering 70,000 new voters in Dallas County by October 4th. 20,000 have already been registered since March 20th. The team is being led by Sharron Steele, Sonja McGill, Gillian Parillo and Elizabeth Walley. They need the help of every Obama Dallas volunteer in this historic and unprecedented effort.
It is part of the "Vote for Change" initiative of the Obama Campaign. Registering new voters is the most effective thing we can do to assure victory for Senator Obama and other Democratic candidates. Let's "Turn Texas Blue" this November!
